Lubrication Engineers Acquires RSC Bio Solutions to Boost Sustainable Lubrication Offering

Lubrication Engineers, Inc. (LE), a leader in high-performance industrial lubricants, has acquired RSC Bio Solutions, a pioneer in environmentally acceptable lubricants (EALs). This strategic move strengthens LE’s commitment to sustainability with RSC’s innovative biodegradable product lines, FUTERRA® and EnviroLogic®, used widely in marine and sensitive environments.

“This acquisition enhances our ability to deliver high-quality, sustainable lubrication solutions globally,” said Eric Borland, CEO of LE. Mike Guggenheimer, President & CEO of RSC, added, “We’re thrilled to join forces with a respected industry leader like LE to drive innovation and expand our impact.”

This marks LE’s second acquisition since partnering with Aurora Capital Partners in 2023, further expanding its footprint in the synthetic and sustainable lubrication market.
