Komatsu has confirmed it will debut one of its strongest equipment lineups in years at ConExpo 2026, showcasing new machines alongside advanced digital and autonomous technologies. The company will exhibit at booth W41945 in the West Hall, with several products making their North American debut.
Among the highlights are a new excavator, two next-generation dozers, and an all-new articulated dump truck, all designed to boost productivity, improve safety and help contractors better control total cost of ownership. Komatsu will also demonstrate how connected machines and data-driven insights can translate into real-world business results.
Excavators
Komatsu’s PC220LCi-12 excavator, launched in North America in September, will be featured with upgrades spanning operator comfort, engine performance, hydraulics, work equipment, durability, maintenance and integrated technology.
Also on display is the PC365LC-11 multifunction plus excavator, announced in December. The machine features a fully electric swing system that increases swing speed while recovering energy to deliver a 70-horsepower boost. According to Komatsu, this results in up to 15% higher productivity and 20% lower fuel consumption compared with non-hybrid models in the same size class.
Wheel Loaders
Komatsu will showcase the WA475-11 and WA485-11 wheel loaders, introduced in March 2025. These models offer improved power, fuel efficiency and hill-climbing performance. Both feature Komatsu’s Hydrostatic-Mechanical Transmission, which automatically switches between hydrostatic and mechanical drive to optimize torque and fuel efficiency based on operating conditions.
Dozers
Two next-generation dozers equipped with advanced steering systems and operator-focused cabs will be unveiled. Integrated machine control technologies are designed to help operators of all skill levels achieve consistent results while improving jobsite efficiency.
Haul Trucks
The HD605-10 rigid-frame dump truck, released in 2024, will be shown with enhanced performance and Smart Quarry integrations, including autonomous operation for both new machines and retrofit applications.
Komatsu will also introduce an all-new articulated dump truck positioned at the upper end of the industry’s payload range, featuring innovative traction control engineering for improved performance in demanding conditions.
Integrated Technology and Digital Solutions
Komatsu will highlight its connected equipment strategy, covering autonomous operations, AI-enabled systems and software-defined vehicles. Visitors can explore expanded capabilities within My Komatsu, the company’s centralized fleet management and planning platform, as well as live demonstrations of Smart Construction digital solutions, including the new Smart Construction Dashboard mobile.
“Owners and fleet managers want machines and technology that work together to create value across the entire enterprise,” said Rod Bull, CEO of Komatsu North America. “Connected performance is our commitment to delivering data-driven insights that improve productivity and long-term operational value.”
Additional Equipment and Education
The booth will also feature forestry, drilling and crushing solutions, along with attachments from Komatsu-owned brands Montabert, Lehnhoff and Hensley, which will exhibit in adjacent booths.
Komatsu experts will also participate in several education sessions covering quarry optimization, connected machines and autonomous operations.
